Sliced almond loaf, unproofed, 260 grams.

Usage

Thaw the almond loaf overnight in the refrigerator or for 1–2 hours at room temperature. Let rise for approximately 40–50 minutes. Brush and decorate as desired. Bake at 180–190°C (356–374°F) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
