Tray arrangement (600 x 400): 12 items on a tray. Place the products in the paper moulds.
Defrosting: approximately 45-60 min at room temperature
Preheating oven : 190°C
Baking (in ventilated oven): approximately 16-18 min at 165-170°C
Cooling and rest on tray at room temper
Finishing: Slice the Bun’n’Roll in half 1 cm from the bottom. Prepare at your convenience.
