Frozen, unbaked Danish pastry dough with remonce. 55 g.
Usage
Thaw the pastries in the refrigerator overnight, or for approximately 60-90 minutes at room temperature. Dip the pastries in pearl sugar/almonds and proof for about 30-40 minutes. Bake at 200-220°C for approximately 15-18 minutes.
