Usage

Ingredients: Milk/ cream 1000g, Sugar 200g, CREAM POWDER 80g. Work description: Blend AMERICAN CREAM POWDER, sugar and 3 dl milk/cream to a homogenous thickening. Boil the rest of the cream/milk, whisk the thickening and let the cream boil for ca 2 minutes. Cool quickly.
