Ladyfruit Deli Cheesecake 5kg

Ready to use product for baked and non baked applications. For preparation of baked cheesecakes: Apply Deli Cheesecake in a mould on top of a crumb bottom layer using a spoon or piping bag. Flatten the surface with a spatula. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 160-180°C. Let cool down at room temperature. Remove from mould. Store in refrigerator (2-7°C) for 12 hours for obtaining the final texture. Decorate as desired.
