Danskt Rågbröd is a bread base with sourdough and seeds for unsweetened bread types.
Contains malted ryeflakes, sunflower kernels, linseeds and sourdough.

Usage

Danish rye bread. 100% dosage. Recipe: 1000g water, 1650g Danskt Rågbröd, 40g yeast. Dough temperature: 26 °C. Blend all ingredients slowly for 15 minutes. Rest time: 30 minutes. Weigh the dough and place in suitable shape (bread 600g). Let rise in leavening cabinet and bake.
