A complete blend for baking keyhole labeled whole grain bread. Through its composition of wholemilled-wheat rye, wholemilled-wheat and sifted wheat, it gives a musty taste of bread. The product mix contains 58% whole grains.
Free-standing loaves, tin loaf, pushed together, hollow cakes and trays. Basic recipe: 1000g Water, 1700g GörGott blend, 140g Syrup Yellow, 70g Yeast. Dough temperature: 27 degrees. Mix all ingredients 2 + 8 minutes. Bedtime: 15 minutes. Weigh up and shape to the desired size. Let ferment in prover and bake.
