Hälso is a base for bread made from wheat and sourdough with seeds. Contains oat flakes, sunflower kernels, barley grits and linseeds.
Usage
Dose 50% of the flour weight. Recipe: 1000g water, 950g Extra bakery flour, 950g Hälso, 50g yeast. Dough temperature: 27 degrees. Blend all ingredients slowly for 8 minutes. Rest time: 15 minutes. Shape the wanted size (bread 600g / baguettes 400g / buns 70g). Let rise in cabinet and bake.
