Morotsbröd is a bread base with wheat and rye for white types of bread with carrot flavour.
Contains carrots and whole grain from rye.

Usage

Carrot bread or buns. Dose 50% of flour weight. Recipe: 1000g water, 900g Extra Bakery flour, 900g Morotsbröd, 65g yeast. Dough temperature: 27 degrees Celcius. Blend all ingredients 2+6 minutes. Rest time: 20 minutes. Shape into wanted size (bread 600g / baguettes 400g / buns 70g). Let rise in cabinet and bake.
