Description

Flexible base and improver of bread for a rustic character.

Usage

250g/liter water. Basic recipe: 1000g water, 1400g Extra Bakeryflour, 250g Multibas Wheat, 50g yeast, 40g rapeseed oil, 10g salt. Dough temperature: 27°C. Mix all the ingredients 2+5. Prooftime: 10 minutes. Weigh it and shape to desired size. Let rise in proofing cabinet and then bake.
