Usage
Karlsbader-type coffe bread. 100% dosage. Recipe: 1000g water, 3750g KB-Bröd, 250g Eggs, 150g Yeast. Dough temperature: 27 °C. Blend every ingredient for 2+7 minutes. Rest time: 15 minutes. Shape to wanted size. Let rise in cabinet and bake.
