Flavouring and stabilizing preparation for fresh and non-dairy cream.

Usage

Mix: 250g Water (25-30°C): 250g Whipped cream, sweetened or not: 1000g Mix the preparation with water. Incorporate progressively the whipped cream. Leave to settle in a cool place (max. 8°C).
