Flavoring and stabilizing preparation for fresh and non-dairy creams with freeze-dried fruit pieces.

Usage

Usage rate / recipe Bavarois Fraise 250g Water (25-30°C) 250g Whippak or Chantypak or slightly whipped fresh cream (sugared or not) 1000g Application: Mix the preparation with water. Incorporate progressively the whipped cream and leave to settle in a cool place (max. 8°C).
