Usage
Preperation:
3000 g GLUTEN-FREE MUFFIN MIX
1320 g Water
930 g Oil
Blend all ingredients well
(ca. 3-4 min. - medium speed)
Dough weight: 70 g
Baking time: 180ºC for ca 22 min.
