Mixture for cupcakes, soft cakes and cake bases.
Blend in nuts, berries or fruit or why not use some of our flavouring pastes.

Usage

Dosage: Muffinsmix 1000 g, cooking oil 400 g, water 400 g. Blend with wing, 5-7 minutes. Oven temperature 180 - 200°C, baking time ca 25 minutes.
