5000 g CREDIN GLUTEN FREE SOFTKERNEL
3250 g Water
150 g Yeast
Mixing: 5 min medium speed
Dough temp: 28° C
Resting time: None
Scaling weight: 450-500 g
Decorate with pumpkin or sunflower seeds
Proving time: App. 40-50 min.
Bakingtemp: Insert at 250°C. Reduce to 200°C
Baking time: App. 35 min.
Steam: As usual on insertion.
