Contains linseeds, sunflower kernels, soy flakes, phsylliumfiber, pumpkin kernels, pumpkin kernels, puffed rye- and spelt kernels and spices.
Usage
100% dosering. 900g Water, 1000G Paulúns Frörika, 200g Pumpkin kernels, 80g Rapeseed oil, 25g Salt. Dough temperature: 28 °C. Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes. Weigh the dough to 550g pieces and put in tray. Let rest in room temperature for 120 minutes, then bake.
Note! Do not add yeast.
