Usage
Ingredients: QUICKANSLAG 1000g, Water 600g.
Instructions: Whisk mix and water ca 10 min. Fill the shapes to 2/3. Bake at ca 200°C with partly opened throttle.
Bake time for base of roll cakes: 220°C ca 7 min.
(weight per liter: 370-420 g/L).
Weight suggestions for folds:
16 cm ring 180 g
20 cm ring 260 g
24 cm ring 370 g
