Usage
RECIPE:
1000 g GLUTEN-FREE CREDI® SHORT PASTRY
480 g Margarine
75 g Egg
Mixing: Mix at low speed until the dough is homogenous.
Resting: Refrigerated if necessary.
Scaling: For biscuits - Roll into a cylinder and cut out pieces. For pies - Roll thin using a laminator or rolling pin. Cut out appropriate pieces
Baking temp: 210°C
Baking time: 8-10 min
