Usage
Basic recipe: 1000g Muffin mix American, 220g water, 350g vegetable oil, 360g egg. Mix with wing for four minutes at medium speed. Baking time 70g: 190°C, about 22 minutes. Baking time 110g: 190°C, about 27 minutes.
