Paloma Ovablanca 1,25 kg

Mix 1000g with 500ml water. Mix slowly until the mixture is smooth, then continue on high speed for 5 minutes until maximum volume is achieved. Use warmer water for a more stable maringue. Can be used directly or dried in oven at 100°C, or burnt at 250°C.
