Mix to produce American style chocolate flavoured crème cakes and slice lines.
Usage
Choco Satin Crème Cake Mix: 1Kg, Eggs: 350g, Vegetable Oil: 300g, Water: 225g
Application / Method
Mixing (planetary): Mix eggs & satin mix for 1 minute with beater on slow speed + 3 minutes on medium. Add water and oil (or melted
margarine/patissier butter) for another minute on slow speed until mix is smooth.
Make up: Add fillings as desired. Scale into sheets or tins.
Oven temperature: 180-200°C
Baking time: 25 - 45 minutes, depending on size and variation.
