Ready-to-use neutral glaze for spraying machines. Suitable for tarts, cakes, sweet pastry and Danish pastry.
Usage rate / recipe: Ready to use product. Do not add water.
Application / Method:
Preheat the spray machine to 80-90°C before connecting the bag -in-box to the machine.
Spray on the confectionery while keeping the nozzle vertically at a distance of 5 to 10 cm from the products to be glazed. Switch off the machine after use.
