Ready-to-use glaze with a chocolate taste for making mirrors on bavarois.

Usage

Usage rate / recipe: Ready to use product. Do not add water. Application / Method : Stir gently with a spatula until obtaining the desired texture and apply on the top of your bavarois or mousse. For an easier application, the mousse has to be frozen before finishing.
