Brage Brödbas is a bread base made from rye and wheat with sourdough and seeds, which provides a darker bread. This base has inspiration from the bakiers in southern Germany, a bit darker and denser crumb. Contains cut oats, flaxseed, millet, sunflowerseeds and sourdough.

Usage

Tyrolean bread: 50% of dosage on flour weight. Recipe: 1000g Water, 950g Extra bakery flour, 950g Brage Brödbas, 50g Yeast. Dough temperature: 27 degrees. Blend all ingredients 2+6 minutes. Rest for 30 minutes. Divide to desired size (bread 600g / baguettes 400g / buns 70g). Let rise in cabinet and bake.
