Finely milled icing sugar powder with spray-dried glucose syrup. For glacing and sweetening of bakery and confectionary products.

Usage

Mix with warm water (80°C), 90% icing sugar and 10% water. Let the temperature lower to 40°C before applying the icing sugar on products.
