Baking agent powder for chilled and frozen dough.

Usage

Freezer up to 1,5 months: 1% of flour weight. Freezer up to 3 months: 1,5% of flour weight. Freezer over 3 months: 1,5% of flour weight + 2-2,5% wheat gluten. Dosage: 15-30 g per liter of dough liquid.
