Powdered baking aid for refrigerator and freezer baking. For all types of yeast doughs that are baked via the fridge and freezer.

Usage

Freeze up to 1.5 months: 1% of the flour amount. Freeze up to 3 months: 1.5% of the flour amount. Freeze over 3 months: 1.5% of the flour amount + 2-2.5% wheat gluten.
