Corn Bread Mix is a bread mix made from wheat and corn flour for light savoury breads with a mild corn flavour. Contains corn flour, sunflower seeds, and wheat sourdough.

Usage

Corn bread, corn rolls. 50% dosage based on flour weight. Basic recipe: 1000 g Water 1000 g Extra strong wheat flour 1000 g Corn Bread Mix 75 g Yeast Dough temperature: 27°C. Mix all ingredients for 2 + 6 minutes. Resting time: 20 minutes. Divide into desired size (loaves 600 g / baguettes 400 g / rolls 70 g). Proof in a proofer and bake.
