Usage

To prepare Mascarpone ice cream and Panna Cotta, add 40 g of Mascarpone 40 per kg of basic mix. Mascarpone 40 is also an excellent means of entriching basic mixes for producing Fior di Latte, vanilla and hazelnut cream. For this purpose the recommended dosage is 10 g per kg og mix.
