Usage
Dosage: for strawberry ice cream: Mix cold 340 g of base, 560 g of strawberries and 500 g of water, let stand 30 minutes then put the mix in the ice cream machine. For lemon ice cream: Mix cold 340 g of base, 280 g of lemon juice and 780 g of water, then let stand 30 minutes then put the mix in the ice cream machine.
