Muffin mixture for chocolate muffins, soft chocolate cakes and bases. Add nuts or berries for extra flavour and texture.

Usage

Dosage: Muffin mix chocolate 1000 g, cooking oil 440 g, water 400 g. Mix with wing for 5-7 minutes. Oven temperature 180 - 200°C, baking time ca 25 minutes. For extra juicy muffins: reduce the cooking oil by 40 g and add 100 g of yellow syrup.
