Usage

Ingredients: Water 1000g, yeast 70g, RUSTIBAS 500g, Bakery flour 1250g. Instructions: Blend all ingredients to a smooth dough. Weigh the dough in wished size. Let rise and bake with steam, 220°C for ca 30 min.
