IQF Frozen Strawberries calibrated 15–25 mm are produced from carefully selected, ripe strawberries grown in Egypt. The strawberries are individually quick frozen (IQF) shortly after harvest to preserve their natural taste, bright red color, and nutritional content. The fruits are uniformly calibrated to a size range of 15 to 25 mm, ensuring consistent quality and appearance. Each carton contains 10 kg net weight, packed in four sealed blue food-grade polyethylene bags of 2.5 kg each.

IQF Frozen Strawberries calibrated 15–25 mm are produced from carefully selected, ripe strawberries grown in Egypt. The strawberries are individually quick frozen (IQF) shortly after harvest to preserve their natural taste, bright red color, and nutritional content. The fruits are uniformly calibrated to a size range of 15 to 25 mm, ensuring consistent quality and appearance. Each carton contains 10 kg net weight, packed in four sealed blue food-grade polyethylene bags of 2.5 kg each.
Usage
The product is intended to be used directly from frozen. It can be incorporated into smoothies, jams, sauces, dairy products, bakery fillings, and other food preparations without prior thawing. If defrosting is necessary, the required quantity should be thawed under refrigerated conditions between 0°C and 4°C. Once defrosted, the product should be consumed within 24 hours and must not be refrozen.
