Bread base consisting of wheat with pumpkin seeds, linseeds, corn, millet and sourdough.

Usage

30% dosage on flour weight. Recipe: 1000g Water, 1250g Extra bakery flour, 550g Tor Brödbas, 60g Yeast, 30g Salt. Dough temperature: 27°C. Blend all ingredients 3+3 minutes. Rest time: 15 minutes. Divide for desired size (bread 600g / baguettes 400g / buns 70g). Let rise and bake.
