Statement on Corona virus to Orkla customers

As the Corona virus does not spread through food and drink there is no risk associated with consuming Orkla products.

In addition, there is no indication that there is a risk associated with the purchase of goods and receipt of parcels from China or other countries where there is an outbreak of the virus. This also applies to parcels that have been transmitted through China and other affected countries on their way to their final destination.

Orkla is closely monitoring the Corona virus outbreak and the latest advice from the World Health Organization (WHO) and national authorities.

Orkla has introduced precautionary measures to prevent an outbreak in our sites and ensure reliability of deliveries. These precautionary measures include travel restrictions, meeting restrictions, increased focus on habits that prevent infection and guidelines for accepting truck drivers, visitors and contractors to our sites.
