Frozen, round shapes with puff pastry for the making of pastries with varying filling. 15g.
Measurements: Hight 25mm, top 78 mm, bottom 50 mm.
Thaw for ca 15 minutes. Fill the shapes with selected filling (i.e mazarinfilling for mazarin pastry). To avoid shrinking, bake as soon as the shapes are filled. Baking temperature should not be above 190°C.
