Deep-frozen, round aluminum trays lined with shortcrust pastry, weighing 20 g each. Dimensions: height 18 mm, top diameter 80 mm, bottom diameter 63 mm.
Usage
For preparing filled tartlets with various fillings, such as mazarins or tosca cakes. Thaw at room temperature for approximately 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator. Bake at 175°C for about 6 minutes.
