Fyrkornsbas is a bread base made from rye with sourdough and seeds. Contains barley grits, malted rye flakes, linseeds, oat bran, rye flakes and sour dough.
Usage
25% dosage on flour weight. Recipe: 1000g water, 1500g Extrra bakery flour, 500g Fyrkornsbas, 100g dark brown syrup, 80g yeast, 50g margarine. Dough temperature: 27 degrees C. Blend all ingredients for 2+7 minutes. Rest time: 20 minutes. Make the wanted size (bread 600g / baguettes 400g / buns 70g). Let rise in cabinet and bake.
